Beauty Works Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies
I understand that your time is valuable but I hope you understand that mine is too.

Please give as much notice prior to cancelling an appointment as possible. I understand that things happen but please note that this is my only income and I have held off as long as possible to enforce these charges.

Please note in booking an appointment with me, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost booked in.

No shows or cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment booked in.

Upon booking an appointment you agree to these charges.

Late Arrivals
I understand that things happen but if you are any longer than 15 minutes late for your allocated appointment time, I will get done what I can in the time left. However, please note that I can not run late for my client after you. So the full cost of the treatment booked will be charged.

Policies
On booking an appointment with me you agree to the cancellations/no shows/late arrival charges.

Please note that failure to pay for the above charges will result in all future appointments being cancelled until payment has been made.
